How to Download Your Purchased Images
Once your payment has been completed, your digital images are available to download immediately.
Option 1 – Download from the Order Confirmation Page
After your order has been successfully placed, you will see a Download button or download links on the order confirmation page. Simply click each file to begin downloading.
Option 2 – Download from Your Account
If you created an account when ordering:
- Log in to your Gun Photos account.
- Go to My Account.
- Select Downloads.
- Click the download link next to each purchased image.
Option 3 – Download from Your Email
You will also receive an order confirmation email containing your download links. Simply click the links to save your purchased images.
Where Are My Downloads Saved?
Most web browsers save downloaded files to your computer's Downloads folder unless you have chosen a different location.
Having Trouble Downloading?
If your download doesn't start:
- Check your browser's Downloads folder.
- Ensure pop-up blockers or browser security settings are not preventing the download.
- Try using a different web browser if necessary.
- If the file is supplied as a ZIP archive, extract the contents after downloading.
Download Limits
Your purchased files may have a limited number of downloads or an expiry period, depending on the product. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help.
